Linda Dube is the founder of Care Business School and a Registered Social Worker, Best Interest Assessor and experienced health and social care professional with more than 20 years' experience across frontline practice, safeguarding, leadership, governance, compliance and care service management.
Linda is also a CQC Nominated Individual and the founder of a CQC-registered care provider, giving her first-hand experience of building and operating a regulated care business in England.
She created Care Business School to help aspiring and established care business owners understand what it really takes to build, sustain and scale a compliant and successful care business.
Makaya is an independent business owner, consultant and Care Business School Partner. She offers a specialist CIC Programme for individuals interested in developing a purpose-led organisation through the Community Interest Company model.
The CIC Programme is independently provided and delivered by Makaya. She is not employed by Care Business School.
